In my marriage i'm constantly wondering whether the way i'm acting is the way i should be acting.?

I never know whether i'm over reacting. Whether I should be upset or not.

Is that just life?

If something upsets me, does it mean i'm allowed to be upset? Just because it's not a big deal to someone else..should it not be a big deal to me as well?

What do you do when you need a map of your own head?

From a psychological view point...There's no such thing as "overreacting"...unless your spouse is insensitive to your needs?...but it sounds like you don't even know why you got married to begin with?...in a marriage, the common thought is "WE", "US", "OUR"...I don't hear that in any of your questions on EP...so I think neither one of you is ready for unity and unfortunately, won't be married for very long?...

try to be u ! n be happy, r sad, overreact to a point. its your feeling express them

If something upsets you, it upsets you. It's how you react to it that matters. A relationship requires lots of communication. Yelling and screaming accomplishes nothing, nor does the silent treatment. Make sure you talk things out and you won't have to "act" a certain way. If he hurts your feelings, try..."I feel-----(insert emotion) when you say/do------(insert action). Don't accuse, just try stating your feelings and go from there. Good Luck!
