Check for mold in your house or work place. Replace the filters in your heating furnace. Maybe get the man in to do a maintenance on your heat/cool system...dust your bedroom frequently, change the sheets frequently and crack your window at night....that's what I would do if I were you anyway. Plus drink plenty of water and eat a variety of fruits and veggies...uh oh...I'm firmly in Mom mode now.
