In what ways do you nurture yourself and others?

I just want to say I see two answers that I want to give the best answer award to....and that is MY nature lol

I'm a great listener. I nurture myself by getting on EP and letting you guys brighten my day: )

I nurture others by being and warm shoulder and allowing them to be them. I usually forget about myself but I'm working on that part.

I nurture myself by doing the things I like best and by helping other people. I nurture other people by listening to them and being a friend to them just giving them a shoulder to cry on and giving my friends the support they want and in some cases really need. I love God and he is there for me.

In making my thinking positive, I am also nurturing other people, because all elements in the universe are related. When I laugh joyfully, thankfully, lovingly..., I am making the world happy.
