Most of the greatest minds have had problems looking after them selfs.<br />
Not to mention.....Would you really want to live in a world where a firefighter would let people die....because to save others he might hurt himself.<br />

Most of the qualitys we admire most require a selflessness...a giveing of ones self for the greater good.<br />
A giving to the belief that is not centered on self and selfishness.
