I have the same problem. I use relaxing music and "meditational" breathing. Doesn't help yet because I am not experienced with it enough to focus but it works wonders for some people.

chamomile tea works the best for me! good luck!
i suffer night terrors and jet lag due to constant travel. doing yoga has helped me relax and even enjoy sustained hours of sleep. herbal remedies and acupuncture had limited effect and eventually wore off :D let me know what works for you?
