Is $464 too high for a studio apartment water and insurance NOT included?

well that depends, where is this apartment? Around here that would be a steal! Does it include electric, heat (if you need it?). How much is the water and insurance per month? How big is the studio (how many square feet). If it's only extra for insurance and water, I'd say that sounds like a great price!
