There are other methods to get bigger and healthier without steroids. They aren't good for you anyway. Now, no one likes going on a diet. So don't. Just watch what you eat. Eat more, but eat healthier. Exercise too. I know going to the gym or simply lifting weights all day isn't exactly everyone's cup of tea. But do what I do - take a jog around the block every day listening to your favorite music to get you pumped. Or try to beat your record for something like jumping jacks, push ups, or sit ups. It'll be worth it :)
