I had a late breakfast and forgot to have lunch or dinner. My stomach is now angry with me. Would you tough it out or find some cereal?

    I can't imagine what "forgetting" a meal feels like. Anyway, it's been proven that when you eat doesn't matter, as long as you still burn more calories than you take in, and you don't immediately fall asleep and give some time for digestion to occur.

    I have super procrastination skills. And that sounds pretty logical to me...I'm not sure how people came to the conclusion that eating dinner at 4pm will keep you thin and a late night snack will give you cancer...
