Actually 6 hours is enough sleep. Only there's a little problem - you sometimes need to literally peel open your eyes during the day to stop falling asleep.

7-8 is best.
3-4 ain't bad either, if Your body can accept it well.
It is for some, but not for me.
For some people, it suffices.
That depends on the individual. It's enough for some people. Personally, I need at least 8 hours and I'm still tired when I get up. DX
