It's like spanking , "Never too old." :) With exercise and good genes (sorry for pun) a 60+ woman can have legs a 20 something envies. My wife is in 60s, despite her normally conservative style periodically wears mini skirts(about 17"). She knows the expectation to wear a mini skirt when she picks me up at airport..She feels self conscious but enjoys the attentions from men and the "disappoving looks" from "matronly women" Mini skirts are good for a mature woman's attitude and spirit. She's also found that occassionally wearing short skirts (19-21") to work have been helpful in demonstrating to her 30 something supervisor who wears power type suits that she isn't challenging her authority. So you have good legs, don't be shy about wearing mini skirts in your 60s

Absolutely not! If you are suffering from depression and anxiety, Why don't you go shopping for some nice elegant hosiery that will go well with your short skirts! You will look better and then you will feel better!

Heck no. Have you seen Helen Mirren? She's in her 70s and still looks absolutely amazing. Have fun, live your life and dress how you want.
