    Yes, because eventually you'll find a dream worth living for.

    The only thing is don't expect it to happen. If you expect something and it doesn't happen the way you planned it then you'll be very disappointed; all you can do it work towards your dream/goal and hope for the best.

    For me no but I imagine that our dreams and aspirations kind of change as we grow older.
