    An alcoholic is never sober enough to get a hangover.

    A drunk is a person who gets drunk very often

    An alcoholic suffers a medical condition. It's an illness

    nope , there generally scared of being sober and having to face up to
    the reality of their feeble existence.
    to answer your ? more directly, an alcoholic would no more fear a hang over than you would fear fresh air.
    like any drug, your body soon gets used to it.
