No way, that's just a personality type. They may be socially passive, but they do know how to stay happy.The best part, they now have internet and EP and facebook and stuff to socialize online! :)
I don't think so... most of introverts enjoy to be alone, but if he/she's shy AND introvert there would be completly different

Yes, but their avoidance of people also helps them avoid users, so maybe not.

I dunno. I'm unsocial, although I wouldn't call myself an introvert, per se. I'm hardly ever depressed, though.
I don't know if they are more likely to be depressed. However, if an extrovert gets depressed then people noticed and try to cheer him/her up. If an introvert gets depress then nobody notices and they have to deal with it alone.
