    yes, especially when when I was a kid in school. My teacher even wrote on my report card one time, "Lizzee seems to space out a lot" haha. No lie, I couldn't help myself sometimes :/

    Yes, but for me it is unhealthy and not purposeful. I think it's okay if it involves some realistic plan.
