trying to loose weight too, not much but a good ten pounds would make me happy, i do workout regularly, eating is the hardest part for me

Every body got different prospective about losing weight, but for me the weights you earn can be changed into muscles, so working out and trying youtube, search work out or body building will help in transferring fats or weight into muscles.

It is the best way, as you said you keep running after kids, so best thing is in your vacation or weekend or even in your free time do a 30 minutes different work out, so will make body healthy and fit all the time.Like (1)

eat only veg and 4 oz of protien a day and exercise.
