One thing to remember is when you are reading labels, sometimes you'll need to dig a bit deeper into an ingredient to find out if there is any wheat in it. Most larger stores do have a section. Whole Foods is a wonder resource for gluten free.

Are you thinking gluten free? Is there a specific reason?

I was reading something about someone who is gluten intolerant, and I realized that I am showing a lot of the same signs of gluten intolerance, as she is. It couldn't hurt to cut it out of my diet and see if I feel better.

There is a specific test that can be done. You should consider trying it out before going 100% gluten free. Just a suggestion.

Its not hard to find them, but pay attention to labels. They tend to be VERY calorie -dense.

i am not on one , but i have noticed in bigger supermarkets they actually have set aside a whole section for gluten free foods as it's becoming quite popular , if your supermarket does not have a good supply , i would bring it to store managers attention ~ i am sure they will be happy to accomidate you ~

Thanks. I was reading something today about someone who is gluten intolerant, and realized that I seem to exhibit a lot of those same signs. I thought it couldn't hurt to try to go gluten free for a month and see if I feel any better. It's not like I will be taking medication without a doctors approval.
