I smoked a ton in college and it did make me slower reacting. I do believe heavy long term use dumbs you down some. I think it should be legal for older people.
people with kids and jobs shouldn't be smoking it though. I say make it legal for people 50& older.

I'm assuming they were referring to abusers or those who use heavily. That's no surprise. But you will not convince me that a teen who dabbles in it a few times a year will be in any significant danger. Nonsense.
