I would have to say yes and if a boss can not ba
se you employment on your work then why are they the boss...I mean is it a requirement to like your boss to get hired no...then why would something as juvenile as "I don't get along with you." determine if you remain employed...though if your boss makes your work environment a hell then they need to be reported and you should for your own piece of mind find another place of employment...but if that is the reason you were terminated and not your ability to perform at your job then that boss needs to be replaced. Most places have a policy that you can be terminated anytime for any reason. It may not me fair but there is usually nothing you can do about it, unless you have a civil rights violation on your hands. Like if the boss didn't like you cause of your religion or skin color. Those things are hard to prove though.

First 3 months you are on probation... and simply put if you cause tension for the boss they can let you go
