    Not if it's justified. Calling someone arrogant for asserting a view which is entailed by the best evidence available is certainly arrogant. But calling someone arrogant for presuming to dictate policy in ignorance of the relevant information is definitely not. Most real world examples will probably be grayer.

    sometimes - depends how you do it i guess - but you can't really accuse anyone of anything without drawing attention to your own faults

    Interesting question . . As a human being you see things , imagine things and experience things , through your existence. in your opinion by calling someone arrogant. it is therefore in your deduction, that they are arrogant. You can be wrong. it may only appear that they are and they aren't . it isn't necessarily arrogance however concluding this . You could be right and just stating the fact . did you arrogantly or ignorantly assume ? that's a question , you can ask yourself. but it isn't necessarily arrogance now is it ?
