I love fresh coconuts. I love to crack them open with an axe and then cut off the outer layer. The water just seeps into the ground. They are even more delicious when you keep them in the refrigerator. I guess you could pound a nail into the top of the coconut and drink it before you cut it open.

kazwaz1977	Posted May 5th, 2009 at 7:00AM Not a fan of coconuts, but according to my nana (and i dont know if this is actually true or not), coconut milk's the closest thing to breast milk, from a nutritional point of view. I doubt this is true, as if it were, formula would be made of coconut milk & it isn't, but there you go, lol. I once wound my son up when he was little; told him coconuts were bear's eggs, haha!
