I grew up in Hawaii running around barefoot in nothing but a pair of shorts for years. In the movies they make it look easy, but climbing coconut trees can shred you to pieces if you don't know what you are doing. Coconut milk is great, but straight from the nut and unpasteurized it can give you the runs. Not bad, unless you're dumb enough to drink a lot of it all at once.

No, it's the latest marketing gimmick. Plain old water is just fine.
