crying is an emotion. it also cleanses the soul, and you feel renewed in spirit and soul. but, you obviously are not crying to cleanse the soul. there must be some emotional roller coaster you're on.

The ego hates pain we inflict when we cry that is why most of us hold it in because we don't WANT to ACKNOWLEDGE the pain we feel, the truth will activate that pain in our soul and release it. THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!

Pray to God and he will embrace you, pray for your pain and emotional attachments to be freed, acknowledge what you're feeling on the inside.

laughter or something artistic I'd say, something that at the same time leaves you something that you can use.
