    I think divorce shows most of us at our worst. We're broken, hurt, angry, scared......

    No one is going to be their best self in that circumstance.

    No, winning something or receiving an inheritance may be the best way...the divorce may follow if the winner is married. I know someone who got a surprise inheritance and his best friend was so jealous he spread rumors about him ruining the friendship.

    They say it's a better indication of how well a friendship is to come in good fortune than to have something bad happen. It's easy to have compassion for a friend when they are down & out than to have happiness for them when they are flying high with good news.
