Is 'eccentricity' a trait men look for in women? or vice versa?

I dont particularly think men like it... it takes a very secure person to deal with eccentricity...not because you're more prone to cheat or anything but because "normal" relationship boundaries are blurred... As for me..yeah I enjoy a little quirky-ness here and there.. granted the idea of having some random emo guy next to me doesn't appeal to me..but i like a person who is willing to cross the lines just a bit

depends on the person. we all have our likes and dislikes. i am one of those who looks for it....but that doesn't necessarily mean all women do.

It is something a smart guy would look for. A complete numbskull maybe not so much. Eccentricity is implying individuality. Many men can not handle that in a woman. Me? I love it! Do your thing ladies!

I adore eccentric men, in fact, "stable and refined men" can stay away from me and go home to mama!

I am very eccentric and usually misunderstood, but the men worth my love are appreciated deeply by me.

So, I would say YES!

first you would have to define "eccentric". People seem to have different ideas of it.

I dont look for excentric women. But somehow most of the women I meet could be called excentric. Maybe because my mother was excentric I subconciously like such women the best ???

I dunno, I like something a little different about my lovers. For instance, my boyfriend now is by all appearances a redneck, with his camo hat and dip can, but he is actually able to do very high level math in his head, studies physics and psychology just for fun, and he has heavy feminist leanings although he loves wife beating jokes. i do too, although I know they are wrong, so we get along great! We think in the same weird way although our exteriors lead people to believe that we are completely incompatible.
