    We all need a small amount of ego to survive in the world. It gives us our drive and can help keep us motivated. Having too much of an ego is a much different thing. It's not healthy to be like that.

    no! you can either keep your ego or the things that matter to you. i have learned to choose the latter.

    as long as you maintain your self respect and dont make it "EGO"..
