That's depression. And I wouldn't think it was healthy to feel depression like that every day. You are more vulnerable to addictions and negative behavior when depressed to try to numb the pain or escape.

What should i do ? I've try to go outside, hang out with friend , meet people but i still feel empty . like standing alone in a crowd
