Sure seems like. All because of an ignition switch that fails if your keychain has two cats and an anvil hanging on it.
one dealer weighed the key chain and it was almost 6 lbs. Woman could not understand reasons her ignitions were not lasting.
Seem like there were several GM recalls made yesterday. This is why I would never buy an American made auto again.
They're all "world cars" now, I think. Only difference is who gets the profits (hint: it isn't the people who design and build 'em).
That's just it, the people building the cars suffer when people like me, won't buy a US brand. Had two lemons in a row; both GM brands and said never again. Bought a German brand 11 years ago, never had the first recall, no problems, just regular maintenance. There is no excuse for recalls others than sloppy QT starting with upper management who thinks "good enough" is all we deserve.
