losing your temper and going to jail for it is worse.
learning to deal with it without doing harm is better.
face the anger, acknowledge and respect it, explore and understand it, but don't let it own you.

Sometimes you need to beat up guy for messing with you. So later on life the guy won't mess with you again

In some cases, its ok. For me, when I expose my anger, I become somewhat of a monster. So its best for me to stay calm, which turns into a bunch of tears pouring down

Contrary to popular belief "anger management" is bad for you. Instead of suppressing it you need to embrace it and accept it's part of who you are. Only then can you deal with it and not allow it to build to explosive levels.

Over time, it becomes unhealthy. Find safe outlets that suit you.

Yes, but it is also good to not express it. As a professional manager, I have to bite my tongue alot, because I would lose too much respect if I came unhinged.

    Very bad believe me.....
I try and never hold my emotions in because I find that it all becomes too much and then I let it all out in one go.
That's why I try to have hobbies that allow me to let it out in a safe environment.

Not really Because if your truly angry and then get into a fight....is incredibly hard to stop....why would you be getting into fights anyway??

Feel the anger but don't act on it with something you will regret later.
