There is no imagination without knowledge and there is no knowledge without imagination. It is like asking width or length is more important for a rectangle?

No imaginations are just wrong ideas but knwldge guid you what should at that time.
I believe that they must work together for anything to really come of either. But they are quite closely related. Much of our knowledge begins with curiosity, and curiosity is rooted in our imaginings.
