I have a call from one of them telling me my computer was going slow and he could fix it at his end for £50.

It's getting to the point where I won't trust anyone with that accent anymore. I know it's bad but it sets a red flag off in me now.

Yes, although I doubt he enjoyed it. Dude offered this "100 dollar gift award" if only I'd give him my bank card info so they could withdraw 2.95 for shipping and handling. I asked for his personal info, saying he could pay the 2.95, and I'd send him a twenty dollar money order. I wonder why he refused and got all flustered when I stuck to it....
