I like to cook with wine, sometimes I even put it in the food.

A good few years ago, I stuck something in the oven and I fell asleep and woke up 2 or 3 hours later. I sheepishly open the kitchen door half expecting it to be red hot , luckily, for some reason, it turned it self off

i'd worry about starting a fire. i once left a pot of rice on maximum heat until it boiled dry and turned black.
