Is it alright to say something that is offensive if you say I don't mean to offend but...
How many have you heard that? I don't mean to offend but you're (substitute offensive term). It is nothing more than an offensive statement with a warm-up insult. Doesn't it say that "I'm not trying to be rude cause I'm nice, but you are not ok, but just in a factual way
