Haven't dyed my hair in LONG time either. The smell is OK but I just love the conditioner they give you with the dye, makes hair soooo smooth :D

It can be bad to inhale any chemical smell. So try not to smell it alot. And I myself crave the smell of good chicken strips.

Well if u really need to dye your hair then go for it other wise don't do it i saw lots of peoples they dye ther hairs and in the end there hairs fallen down.
