It won't make for a happy house, or gain you a loving caring relationship with anyone with any self respect, so I'd say no, bad idea. Try showing the positive emotions more, and don't suppress anger, but control it (instead of letting it control you) and relieve your anger in positive ways. Like physical exertion.
Bad way to go. It creates a crazy amount of imbalance both emotionally and psychologically. You should express all of your emotions, whether they are good or bad. Enjoy being human, it's what you are after all.
I grew up watching Star Trek reruns, and I have to admit I admired Spock's choice of logic over emotions. But that definitely must include anger. Why suppress all the others and not anger, which is arguably the most destructive and dangerous one?
