Is it better to be with a good person or with someone who enjoys the same things as you do?

please answer either/or, not Both (b/c obviously both is ideal).

I don't see why you should have to choose between one or the other. And if so and you are trying to decide between one person that's nice and another that enjoys the same things as you... you haven't found the right one. You shouldn't feel like you have to settle. Compromise, maybe. But settle, never.Find someone that meshes with you, and well. Not simply because they are good or enjoy the same things, but instead a person that can clique with you. Where being with them is like being in a bubble of your own world. Opposites attract, similar minds attract. People just attract and don't know why. And it's because of some meeting of the souls. Finding another soul that can love and accept no matter who or what you are or are into.

midlifemadness	Posted Jun 23rd, 2009 at 4:17PM If you are with someone who is a good person then they will hold qualities and values like being kind, respectful, helpful, forgiving and giving.... and a good person would want to see their partner happy, and to make their partner happy, they would want to enjoy and do some of the same things that their partner does. So to me, this person would hold both qualities.... they would be good and enjoy the same activities... :P Rated: +5Vote for this!

tearaway	Posted Jun 23rd, 2009 at 11:35AM I enjoy hangovers, the feeling of getting Icy Hot in my eye, waiting in queues, the smell of decay, flies on my windscreen, having hayfever, being declined at the till and lukewarm coffee with a bug in it. The people who enjoy the things I enjoy.. well, I don't enjoy them. Til I enjoy more enjoyable things, I'm content to enjoy good people, rather than those who enjoy the things I enjoy. rob57	Posted Jun 23rd, 2009 at 10:17AM You should be with which ever one respects, you and that you respect. The one that trusts you, and that you trust. If you are happy where you are stay there. Because if you move on, you will probably always just move on. It is a never ending cycle if you plan to choose that route. You can't always move on just because you think you found something a little more interesting. Work with, and learn to enjoy and be happy with what you have. Once you make the commitment to who you are with in your own head, you can move on and make a great relationship. If someone flashes a nice new flashy bicycle in front of you, don't jump on it, the seat may fall right off out from under you. Rated: +1Vote for this!
