    Wow I read the comments and laughed. She really ticked some people off.
    As for me personally I don't know if it's better, but I've done both. When I applied for welfare they sent me to do community service through Seedco. I worked in a church food pantry/clothes closet and loved it. I learned how to run the place. But you know what happened? I replaced someone who was actually getting paid to do the job.
