Hello Babyfame.

You can't undo the past, you can't un-know what you have experienced, you can't ever be the same as you were before it all happened and who would want to be? You're growing, you're moving forward and taking positive action. Becoming happy and successful in spite of all the crap is the best revenge there can possibly be on all those ones who put you down and gave you hard times or whatever. Concentrate on your own happiness, cultivate loving feelings toward others who haven't torn your heart in two, soon you will find yourself forgetting naturally. Don't dwell on it, sweetie. Ignore it and it will go away.

If this is a serious question, I would be able to give you some techniques to help with this. l

It depends on how u feel about ryt now, how u feel about yourself, alot of us have the capibility to get stuck in the past but try to let go for yourself, the past is still there, its not going anywhere, just look back and smile at the good times

I dont think we should forget the past, i think we should accept what has happend and realize evrything that has happened has been a stepping stone in our life. It has made me who i am today and brought me to where i am in my life.....

We should never forget the past, thus we forget what it has taught us as well.

Unfortunately as well as fortunately I have such a sharp memory. I have trouble forgetting the bad...but an awesome time remembering the good...often I do find myself either smiling or getting a bit upset by a few words i hear or something I read...But I guess that I would keep this deal...Cause the BAD is what makes there a GOOD!
