Go online and type in copywriting. It should give you the address where you can print off the forms to copy write only your own material. Last time I did that for my husband it cost 20 bucks and I had to send in a copy of his stuff along with the form

As long as you cite the work and do not use the work for an extended period of time, then yes you can. Also you cannot use the material to make money.

Correct, if you copy someone elses work and gain financially from it, then you are breaking the copywrite laws.

Copyright and yes. Fill out a form and send in your money along with whatever you are copyrighting. At least that's how it used to work. I have now expired copyrights on several things.
