its hard to stay on one but thats only because i dont always have the right diet food
I don't think of the way I eat as a diet. I take into account how active I am, and eat sensibly, and accordingly six days a week. I take one day off when I eat and drink whatever I want and portion control be damned.
no, if i put on a few extra pounds over xmas or something i find it quite easy to diet for a while to get back to normal. In fact after a week of eating a lot and always feeling full I actually look forward to it.
