Is it hard to set up a desktop computer?

So when I set up a desktop computer is it as simple as just plug in the computer, monitor and keyboard together then I'm good to go?

Or is there more to it?

    just plug the cords into the right spots and blam you're good to go.

    However, you may still experience ID1-0T errors.
