    There are several celebrity's that will reply on Twitter if you catch them when they are on there. I have had some delightful short conversations. Keep it witty, friendly and short. Nothing negative or rude.

    Keep trying they get a flood when people see they are on. The first time I got a response it surprised me silly. I was just goofing around. Good luck

    Depends on who you are, what you're saying, ect. They'll answer you in a vicarious way, usually, not directly.
