Is it just sex you live without or all touch?

For me, it hurts me a lot more knowing he won't even hug me, peck on the cheek, anything. He just won't have anything to do with me physically or emotionally, at all.

I live without both, I haven't dated in 2 years, and I can honestly say that while I miss the sex, I miss rubbing his back, his kisses, the way he touched my face, lips, stroked my hair, held me so tight, even when he was already asleep, the way he would take me by the hand when it was icy, and pull me down in the snow just for a two second kiss and a look that let me know that I was the only one.

If you aren't getting "touch" in your marriage perhaps it is time to see a counselor, priest, etc and find out why. Rated: +2Vote for this!

I have gotten to the point where I don't even want the hug, or the kiss, and definitely not the sex....with him.... He knows I'd never cheat on him, so he's in a safe place, in his mind....he's comfortable... He thinks I'd never divorce him, too....but he has another thought coming....very soon. DarkangelTherian	Posted Feb 9th, 2009 at 12:28PM God, to live without touch . . . no I am not married but I can safely say that to live without touch would either involved me being rubbed raw and betrayed on a regular basis till everything in me was destroyed or I would have to get superjaded. Now that I dun said all that, I've been sexless for about 5 years and I really find that it's not the sex I miss but the intimacy. A friend of mine once spoken of women and men as having 2 cardinal differences of insatiability. Men are sexually insatiable while women are often intimacy insatiable. Maybe I should have been born a woman because sex without intimacy and caring or love is just outright empty. It's horrible yes, bad sex is definitely possible. Rated: +1Vote for this!
