LOL, I actually got my girlfriend slightly annoyed by trapping spiders and releasing them outside. (I feel bad killing them.) Her argument was if they want to live, they need to stay outside. Once they come indoors they are fair game.

Some spiders are very helpful in controlling other insects but then that makes it a question of what is best for us without consideration of the life of the spider.
