Is it normal to be hungry more often when you eat soups and vegetables primarily?
I exist pretty much on small portions of homemade soups and fresh vegetables and fruits. I eat about 1,200 calories a day. I eat very balanced, nutritionally speaking, and I take daily vitamins.
I'm hungry usually about an hour after I eat, which is a pretty recent development. Is this normal for this kind of diet? Is my metabolism speeding up or something?
