Wow you eat very healthy! I don't know if it's normal, I always seem to throw some sort of fried junk into the mix.
Do you know if you're hypoglycemic?
Is there any protein in your soup?
Maybe snack on a few nuts or seeds for the hunger?
Do you make homeade soup?
I'm not a dietitian, but I think you need a healthy snack later in the day.

Anyway, it doesn't sound like you're getting everything you need.
Your body wants something.
I would try nuts, seeds, or dried fruit, as a snack until dinner time.
I don't know what kind of soup you're making, but you can use oatmeal as a thickener (powder it up, in a blendr first).
You won't taste the oatmeal that much. It will thicken the soup, and add fiber. :)
I'd start with 1/2 cup blended oats. I think you'll like it!
Blended (chopped up) oats, is also good for your face....just don't leave it on too long, because it can burn.

Breads will help, you're leaving out that important starch, it will help fill you better when you eat.
Rice might help, a little more on the side might also be a good replacement filler if you don't eat bread.
yeah that's why it's hard to stay on a diet. I would prefer to eat healthy foods but I'm always hungry when I try to stay on it.
