Is it normal to be so disturbed by this?

a long time ago i still remember a news story where a boy had murdered a kid by jumping on him and then putting his Iegs on his throat, literally squeezing the life out of him for 5 minutes until he bled from his nose and mouth and died of oxygen deprivation. what disturbs me is the way he was kiIIed and also that the boy who did it looked like an innocentnerd. now im sort of scared of them whenever i look at one and look at his Iegs i imagine being trapped there and the immense pressure on my throat and not being able to do anything about it or breathe. i also feel really sorry for the dead kid because it must've been so traumatizing now hes dead forever, from that death.
