I have this itch to beat someone up. Not just a random person but a bad person. I haven't been in a fight since secondary school. I feel like I want to test my strength, do I just need an asswhoping or something. What do you recommend I do? Also this isn't like a spur of the moment thing I've been thinking about this for like 2 years since I started working out.
