Personally, for me, I just don't get much enjoyment out of hetero dramas. But its perfectly okay. :)

Why not? I don't think what I like to watch necessarily needs to be "gay" or "straight"; I'm more concerned that the piece is well written, well produced, well acted etc...
It's one thing to relate to characters because the look like me, dress like me, like the things I like and have my problems, but it's more challenging and rewarding to see characters that, perhaps, aren't much like me at all but find that I can still relate to them on some level.
I find those things way more interesting to watch than simply if they are "gay" or "straight".Like (1)

Sure it is. It's okay for heteros to watch gay dramas but comedies are so much better all around. ;)
