Work a different group of muscles, not the ones that are sore, you may find that the soreness dissipates when youre warmed up

WAIT at least just ONE DAY! (it can help a lot and CANT hurt!) if you are not 100% sure, ask a doctor, im sure he/she will say the same. if you go at it again right away, you likely wont be ABLE TO again for SEVERAL days. and, when you do start again, ALWAYS spend a good 15min or so stretching both before AND after your workout and, it will GREATLY cut down on that sore feeling afterwards. in the meantime, an anti-inflammatory (like ibuprofen) and a warm bath with Epsom salt might help ease some of that soreness.

Yoga will help you after a rough exercise. Dont stop it just coz if you do you'll suffer next time too ! pain will fade away gradually. Dont forget to hydrate your self.

You should stop. Change your work outs so that you pattern the load. Do torso and arms one day then legs and hips the next, do a variety of exercises to ensure you even out to work and don't forget to warm up and warm down for each session.

My experience is that if I am sore before I work out. I feel better after and the soreness is less. If I wait to work out until the soreness has stopped I probably wont work out and I will loss everything Ive gained. I might change up the workout or try something different but something is better than nothing.
