Yes. If taken on an empty stomach it can irritate your stomach or bowels. Or you may be having an allergic reaction to something in it.

Drugs are always an experiment and never a predetermined reaction. Genetics and biology are far to complex to know how a drug will react in a given individual. Drug labels are suggestions on the targeted result of a drug. There is no telling what they actually do to you.
