Is it possible, even subconciously, to make one part of your body jealous of another part?

I don't think so. We only have one brain for all the body parts.

There is some (currently being debated) that the heart has memory, HOWEVER, its only your brain that can create that delusion. If its happening to you seek medical aid.

If that is true, the feet must be green with envy since they are covered up most of the time, hot and sweaty, they can't see where they are going and are not part of the decision making process, plus they carry the entire load. Poor feet

Parts of body don't have consciousness. Your mind is the singular source/interpreter of all the consciousness you possess. So, no.
